Mr Pritesh Narsinh

Pritesh is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has trained throughout New Zealand and Australia and currently holds specialist posts for Wellington and Central region hospitals.
Pritesh was born and raised in Wellington and is glad to be back home after many years away for surgical training.
To become an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon he has completed degrees in Medicine and Dentistry prior to specialist fellowship training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Pritesh completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at University of Adelaide and worked in Adelaide in various disciplines including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine. He completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Dunedin at the University of Otago. Pritesh was accepted into Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist training for which he rotated through multiple hospitals in New Zealand. Pritesh received the ANZAOMS medal for the highest mark in the Final Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery exams for Australia and New Zealand and has gained extensive surgical experience throughout his training.
His particular areas of interest include surgical extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, implantology and pre-prosthetic surgery, corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery including that for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), management of facial trauma, management of TMJ disorders as well as resective and local reconstructive surgery for pathology and head and neck cancer.
